Our Coaches

Joe Casalino
Coach Joe is the former head coach at Northern High School where his team made three consecutive trips to the Maryland State Finals, including a state championship in 2017. Joe played collegiately at St. Mary’s College and was an all-conference midfielder.

Kris Bayer
Kris is the former head coach of LaPlata High School where his teams perennially won the Charles County championship. Kris played SSDM at Brown University, played in the national semifinals, and his team is in the Brown University Hall of Fame.

David Scott
Coach Dave leads the defense for the Cannons 26 team, bringing his expertise and energy to the unit. Dave played at Lehigh University and continues to play as a Rusty Cannon. Dave also is the current President of Cannons Lacrosse.

Mark Dunnivan
Coach Mark guides our Cannons 26 attack unit, focused on dodging, shooting and finishing with the unit. Mark played at Anne Arundel CC and plays now as a Rusty Cannon. Mark also leads our Cannons 2032 team as its head coach.
